Troubleshooting 4-Pin Trailer Harness for 2020 Honda CR-V
Question:
I installed a trailer harness on my 2020 crv and when i put the fuse in, the rear right blinker light lights on and is steady. When I use the turn right turn signal, all blinkers work except for the rear right that keeps a steady on. When using 4 way flashes, they all work except the rear right that also keeps a steady on. when i use the right side blinker, it blinks fast as if a bulb was out. When i remove the fuse, everything returns to normal!

It sounds like you may not have the correct harness and in some cases the 2020 Honda CR-V has a different harness for the AWD versus the FWD version with some manufacturers. I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118741 which is compatible with either AWD or FWD versions.
I've linked the page to all of the trailer wiring options. If you have one of these harnesses and have that issue, then it sounds like there is a ground connection issue since that one function isn't working correctly. Make sure the ground is free of corrosion, debris, and even paint and a bare metal to metal connection.
