If your camper has frame rails that are between 47-1/8 and 77 inches apart, the Ultra-Fab # UF35-946403 will work. The hitch has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity, which means that the weight of the bikes and the rack they're carried on cannot exceed 350 lbs.
This being said, be aware that most bike racks out there aren't designed for use on the rear of a towed camper. A bike rack installed on a towed camper will be subjected to an extreme amount of bouncing and crashing that it wouldn't experience if installed on the rear of a passenger vehicle. If a bike rack that isn't designed for that purpose is used, eventually the rack can be shaken to pieces resulting in the loss of the bikes while you're rolling down the road, which would be bad.
The only rack of this sort we carry that's compatible with electric bikes is the Hollywood Racks RV Rider # HLY64FR which is designed for Fifth Wheels but not travel trailers, because the ride quality on a 5th wheel is typically better and due to the nature of its connection to the vehicle it won't bounce as much. The rack has an 80 lb per bike capacity.
