Whats the maximum weight this device can handle - no pun intended?

There isn't actually a maximum weight capacity for the HitchGrip Carrying Tool for Weight Distribution Head Assembly with 2-5/16" Ball # 303-HG-712.

The only limit is that the hitch ball's neck diameter can be a maximum of 1-5/16" so as long as it is that size, you can use this with your weight distribution head.
