Best Suspension Enhancement for 2019 Ram 1500 Classic To Help With Sag When Towing

Question:

I am pulling a trailer on my dodge ram that is right at the limit of both tongue weight and trailer weight. I am still under the limit but I would like to beef up the rear suspension so when I do haul the toy hauler I will have a smoother ride. Which is the best option to go with in order to increase the load handling ability. And when I say I am at my max, I am within 500 lbs of being at the maximum weight of towing. The tongue weight is almost maxed out as well but not quite. Can you please recommend exactly what I should get to keep my rear end from sagging and to keep it riding high and smooth. Please advise.

Since you are so close to the max towing and tongue weight capacity with your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic, by far the best option to help with sag when you are towing is an air bag system, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57365.

This will allow you to adjust the psi to your needs to give your Ram's suspension the exact amount of support it needs while riding much more comfortably than the stiff jounce springs like the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement # TDRTT1500.

To make it easier to control the psi of the air bags I strongly recommend a compressor as well, the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth # AL25980.

I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
