For your 2005 Chrysler Town and Country with Stow and Go seats I recommend going with Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" Item # 75305. With a 2" receiver tube opening there are a lot more option for accessories.
Keep in mind that the hitch does not determine the towing capacity of your vehicle. Always go with the lowest number between the hitch and the vehicle.
To help get you on the road pulling a trailer safely I recommend T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector Item # 118300. This wiring harness plugs directly into your factory taillight plugs to provide all the proper lighting functions for your trailer.
I also recommendReese Trailer Hitch Starter Ball Mount Kit Item # RP7043000 for the Class II hitch or the Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2" Ball - 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs Item # C45036 for the Class II hitch
I have provided links to videos for installing the wiring and the Draw-Tite Class III hitch. Instillation for the wiring is on a 2006 however it will be the same.
