How to Determine Replacement Leaf Springs for 1964 Travel Trailer

Question:

Cannot find any dimensions for rv springs. This is a half ton axle guessing from a 1964 rv converted to an enclosed trl. The spring width is 1.75 inches, and 13.5 inches from center of spring eye to axle center. Or approx 26-27 inch overall spring. Do you have something that will fit?

It looks like you're either needing the 26" Long # e77SR or the 27" Long # SP-210275. These are rated for about the same weight your looking at and they measure 1-3/4" wide.

What you will want to do is take the pressure off of your leaf springs and then measure the center-to-center distance between the eyes. It is worth noting that your leaf springs may have elongated a little over time so if your leaf springs measure more like 26-1/4" then you'll want to go with the 26" leaf springs.
