Is the Truxedo TonneauMate tool box compatible with the Extang Encore tonneau cover installed on a 2016 Silverado short bed? What other options are available?

According to Truxedo, their # TX1117416 TonneauMate toolbox wouldn't be compatible with the Extang EnCore, as the mounting rails for the tonneau cover would interfere with where the toolbox would mount. I'd recommend using something like the UWS chest style toolbox, part # UWS01032. The US made box has a 10.4 cubic foot capacity, and its 20-5/8 inch height means it'll fit just fine under your tonneau cover.
