What do I need to help the rear end I will be pulling a 5th wheel Camper That the weight is 8000 lbs GVRW my truck is rated for 9500 lbs

I recommend going with a Timbren system like you have referenced. These types of systems work well for loads that do not change much, like a 5th wheel trailer, but each side can also work independently of the other for varying loads.
For a 4-Wheel drive model you can use # TFR150D that you have referenced which is rated for 6,000 pounds. For 2-wheel drive models use # TFR1502D, also rated for 6,000 pounds. The capacity is based on vertical weight in the truck bed so the 6K capacity will be more than enough for the pin weight of your trailer.
