How to Carry Fishing Rods on Roof of 2015 Subaru Crosstrek

Hi -Looking to order a carrier that attaches to roof rack for skies and fishing poles for my son -want it to be a surprise. His car is a 2015 Crosstrek - is this a good choice? If not recommendations please. Thank you- Celeste
