Expert Reply:
To pull a trailer with your 2006 Chrysler Town and Country with Stow-N-Go seats you will need a trailer hitch, ball mount, pin and clip, hitch ball, and the wiring harness for lighting on the trailer.
The hitch I would recommend is the Draw-Tite Class III 2-Inch Hitch, part # 75305. This hitch has a gross towing weight capacity of 3,500 lbs. Because the capacity of any towing system is limited to the capacity of its lowest rated component, you will want to check your owners manual to determine the towing capacity of your vehicle. You will need to use the lowest weight capacity of the two (hitch or vehicle) as your maximum towing capacity. I am including a link to the installation instructions on the hitch and a link to a video of the hitch being installed on a Chrysler Town and Country.
For the remaining parts you will need, I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit, part # EBMK4. This kit will include the ball mount and pin clip, and the choice of both a 1-7/8 inch size hitch ball and a 2-inch hitch ball. The hitch ball size you will need is determined by the size of the coupler on the trailer. With this kit you will have both of the hitch ball sizes covered that your vehicle will use.
The last part needed would be the Draw-Tite T-One Wiring Harness, part # 118300. This harness will plug into the back of your vehicles taillights and give you a 4-Way trailer connector at the rear of your vehicle. When plugged into the 4-Way on your trailer, this harness will supply the required lighting on the trailer. I am including a link to the installation instructions and a link to a video of the wiring harness being installed on a Town and Country.
I am including a link to a FAQ page that will describe all of the parts needed to tow a trailer.
