For flat towing your 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon I recommend going with the Roadmaster Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 because it's one of the most reliable options we have and is really simple to use once it's installed. We've actually had the opportunity to install this on a 2019 Wrangler Unlimited which I've linked for you to check out.
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter (as well as some other accessories). If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
