If you're simply looking for less sag and more support when you're towing your 5th wheel a bump stop replacement suspension helper spring option like the SumoSpring # SSR-312-54 would be a great choice. The SumoSprings won't really come into play until the 5th wheel's pin weight is applied to the rear axle or there's a load carried in the bed of the truck. On the plus side, there's nothing to leak and no maintenance is required. On the down side, the system offers no adjustability, so it's best for a consistent load applied to the rear suspension.

If in addition to towing, you also frequently haul things in your truck bed, and the weight of your cargo varies, then a system with some adjustability like the Firestone Ride Rite # F2615 air helper spring system would be a better choice. Air bags can be adjusted according to how heavy your cargo is, allowing you to tailor the support you get the way you want it. A compressor system like # F2219 would allow you to add or remove pressure from the system from the cab with just a flip of a rocker switch.

Both options are compatible with an in-bed hitch, and I've linked to some description and installation videos for you.

Difference between SSR309-54 & SSR312-54? Pulling 42 ft 5th wheel RV triple axel. Dually squats when loaded. Which SUMO would be best for me??

Going with the assumption that you have a 2016 RAM 3500 mega cab dually, only the SSR312-54 model fits your truck. They are both rated the same, but the 309 fits different vehicles.
