Recommended SUP Carrier System for 2020 Land Rover Velar with Naked Roof
Question:
The vehicle has nothing on the roof. What is the best system to carry a surfboard or paddle board. I saw some that use suction cups. How does that compare to yours

The best solution available for your 2020 Land Rover Velar is going to be using the SeaSucker Board Carrier # 298-BX1806 which will allow you to carry 2 paddle boards or surf boards on the top of your vehicle. The SeaSucker systems are secured to the top of the vehicle with extremely strong vacuum cups and allow you the flexibility to only have the system mounted when you're carrying boards, since it's easy to install and remove as needed.
If you wanted to have a full roof rack system, you would need to use the SeaSucker Monkey Bars # 298-SX6000B and then add kayak/SUP carriers like the Lockrack # LR24VR.
I've linked some review videos of these parts that I recommend checking out to see more about the SeaSucker system, but they're really cool if you're looking for a system that can be removed when not in use.
