What is the outside distance between the two pieces with the hols and what is the distance between the holes center to center

The hole spacing is 2-1/2 inches, center to center. The inside span of the channel mount is 2.05 inches, with the outer span being 3.05 inches as shown in the accompanying photo.

Yes, you can use the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank #EQ90-02-4600 with your Fastway e2 WDS. Weight distribution shanks are pretty universal so you'll have no issues using this one.
