Your 20.5 x 8 - 10 tire, or also stated as 205/65-10 is compatible with 7 inch brake assemblies, like # AKEBRK-2. You'll also want to examine the armature surface of the brake drums where the brake magnet rides. If this surface is pitted and/or has grooves worn in it, you'll want to replace the drums as well. If your hubs use a L44649 inner and outer bearing and have a 4 bolt lug pattern, use # 8-173-16UC3. If you have a 5 lug with L44649 bearings, use # AKHD-545-2-2K or for L44643 bearings, use # AKHD-545-2-EZ-1K.
The # AKEBRK-35R-SA you'd looked at is a 10 inch brake assembly, which wouldn't work with your hubs and wheels.
