We've had feedback from customers stating that it took 1-1/2 to 2 hours for them to install the Curt # C62VR trailer wiring harness. I would expect a professional mechanic should be able to complete the installation in roughly an hour. You could print out the linked instructions and show them to the folks at the shop. With that info, they should be able to provide you with a good estimate.
