With the c31006 tire carrier will I ave able to access my trunk on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee? I have seen 2 inch receiver tire carriers that extend outward to open the trunk, and I’m wondering if this does this.

We have spare carriers that can fold down so that you have access to the rear cargo area of the vehicle like with the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125 but the Curt # C31006 would not since it does not fold.

Yes we do have hitch mounted spare tire carriers that can fold down to allow access to rear doors of a van with the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier part #RM-195125. I attached a picture as well as a review video for this for you to check out as well.
