2019 Ford F-550 Brake Controller Not Showing Connection to Trailer

I have a 2019 Ford 550 chassis. When I hook a trailer with brakes to the 7 pin I have brake And turn signal and running lights, However I don’t have trailer brakes. When I try to set up trailer through settings in cab display says no trailer connected. All fuses are okay.

Most likely you have either corrosion on the brake output pins of your trailer wiring or the pin was bent which is preventing the contact from being made.
