Can Dual Hitch Adapter Be Used To Tow Travel Trailer and Carry Bikes
Question:
I have 2 50 lb bikes. I pull a 19 Ft travel trailer for camping. Is there a hitch that can attach to my receiver on my SUV, that will allow my travel trailer to be towed and have a bike rack that also mounts to the hitch? A dual receiver?

The best option to carry bikes while towing is at the back of the trailer using either a frame mount trailer hitch like the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13703 or a bumper mount trailer hitch, the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E-100. For a bike rack, the Swagman E-Spec 2-Electric Bike Platform Rack part # S94FR is a great option.
There are a number of problems with using a dual hitch adapter such as incorrect rise/drop, reduced weight capacity (50%), turning clearance, bike rack clearance, etc. to name a few so this is not a route I recommend taking. In certain cases where only short trips will be made with a much lighter trailer, you can use one but your setup is a definite no go.
