Recommended Base Rails for Mounting 5th Wheel Hitch in 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty

I am looking to mount a fith wheel hitch in my 2019 f250 I was wondering if you have a universal kit I have a friend that will give me the actual hitch I just need the rail mounts

Expert Reply:
As long as the 5th wheel hitch you'll be using mounts in the industry standard 5th wheel rails, you can use the Demco Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit # DM8552031-71.
Since you'll be towing a 5th wheel trailer, I would also recommend adding a 7 way connector to your truck bed using the Curt # C57008 to help make connecting to the wiring harnesses much easier. Installing this connector will make it so you don't have to worry about climbing in and out of the truck bed to grab your harness and stretch it down to the socket under the bumper when you go to tow.
