Are Trailer Axles for Drum Brakes Different From Trailer Axles For Disc Brakes

I have a dexter axle on my boat trailer. My trailer has disc brakes on it. I see nothing listed about these replacement axles that will fit a trailer with disc brakes. Do you have a axle that will work with disc brakes. Thank You.

The axles we offer do work great with disc brake setups. The brake mounting flanges are the same between drum and disc brake setups on trailer axles and the hubs of either setup are designed to fit on the same spindle dimensions so either setup would work well.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
