2016 Hyundai Tucson Trailer Hitch and Wiring Recommendation
Question:
I am trying to order the wiring kit for trailer hitch Curt Class III part # C13240. I want to make sure I am ordering the correct part to go with that hitch I have in my cart. I want to try to avoid the cord hanging out of my hatch if I can

For your 2016 Hyundai Tucson, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13240 is a custom fit. For the wiring harness you are seeking to go with it, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56348. This harness does route outside your hatch so you don't need to store the connector inside. I recommend using the mounting bracket # 18144 which can attach to the plastic shroud near the hitch for a very clean look.
