On your 2019 Grand Design Reflection 311BHS I recommend using the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers part # RM-2460. I have researched your camper and it weighs in at 13,998 lbs. roughly. This means that you should have two 7000 lb axles under it. To confirm this just ensure that your axles are 3" in diameter. This bolt on application will do a great job reducing the amount of stress and strain put on your camper's frame and the goodies inside.
As an upgrade to the shocks you can use the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers part # RM-2460-2570. This is the ultimate in camper suspension. It removes the center equalizer which does wonders to increase the smoothness in the camper.
Either of these systems will help to extend the life of your campers frame and help to keep all of the stuff inside from being thrown around while you're traveling.
