I have two different fifth wheel tailgates for a 1990 Ford F-350 Dually.
The Stromberg Carlson 100 Series 5th Wheel Tailgate, part # VG-100. This tailgate is the same design as the # VG-97-100 tailgate that you have referenced. It is a traditional, heavy duty steel tailgate. The # VG-97-100, you have referenced, is designed to fit a 1999 to 2012 Ford F-350.
