Will the HydraStar Adapter Module Still Work With 2 Different Trucks Where 1 Doesn't Need the Module

Hello, I recently purchased a hydrastar brake actuator and Kodak disc brakes. My question is, I will be towing my trailer with 2 different trucks.2019 f350 and 2007 f350.1 truck will not require a CAM. The other will. How will this work?

I can see why this might be cause for concern, but I confirmed with my tech contact over at HydraStar that when you install the HydraStar EOH Actuator Adapter # HBA-CAM on your trailer that this will not be an issue and it will function correctly with either truck. This brake controller adapter module will only intercept the verification signals that are sent by your 2007 Ford F-350 that could send false error codes back to your brake controller; it won't have any effect on the usage of the brake controller in your 2019 F-350 since it operates in a little different manner and won't send back the error codes.
