Can I Replace My Wheels With Wheel/Tire Combo with Larger Bore Diameter

Question:

ihave a boat trailer with the same size rim and bolt pattern but my center bore is smaller than the 3.19 does that make a alignment issue causing a balance issue?

The Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C part # AM30850 is a lug-centric wheel which means it attaches by the lugs not the bore/pilot hole of the wheel. The existing wheel having a smaller bore diameter will not make a difference. As long as the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2 and your existing wheels are 12" you will not have any issues using these wheels or with alignment and balance.

Wheels used to be hub centric, which means they balanced on the hub with the pilot hole of the wheel. Most wheels are not made like that anymore but if you happen to have wheels that are centered by the pilot hole or bore you would need wheels with the same diameter bore.
