Gooseneck Hitch Ball Kit Needed for 2018 Ram 2500 with OEM Prep Kit

Hello, we have a 2018 RAM 2500 with the factory gooseneck/5th wheel prep kit. Does this gooseneck hitch fit into the factory hole in the center of the bed?

While the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1384 is a fit for your 2018 Ram 2500, this is a complete gooseneck hitch (which won't fit with the OEM puck system) so you actually just need the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2062 for the puck system on your truck.

If you're also needing a 5th wheel hitch then the B&W Companion is an excellent option as well. Part # BWRVK3670 is the 20K sliding version if you have a short bed (to give you trailer-to-cab clearance while turning) and part # BWRVK3600 is the 25K fixed version if you have a long bed. Both of these mount directly to the puck system in your truck bed so you don't need to purchase an adapter separately.
