In order to determine if a disc brake conversion kit is compatible with your trailer, you will need to know what bearings and seals are currently on your hubs. The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit for 2000-lbs Axles # K2HR2D fits on spindles that use an # L44649 inner and outer bearing, as well as an inner grease seal with a 1.500" diameter and an outer seal with a 1.987" diameter. You'll want to pull your old hubs and check your existing bearings for stamped numbers on the back to verify which bearings are currently in use and compare them to the required bearings for this kit and as long as they match up, you can use the # KRHR2D to convert to disc brakes. If you get your old hubs off and find that you've got a different sized bearing, please let me know and I can work to see if there is an acceptable replacement kit. I've also linked one of our helpful articles that shows you how to measure your spindle in the event that your bearings are unmarked.
In addition to the disc brake kit, you do need some additional parts to complete your conversion. To start, you would need to purchase two # L44649 bearings and the grease seals # RG06-020, which do not come included- the races do come included in this disc brake kit. You'll also need a hydraulic brake line kit like the Kodiak # 15SI-BLKIT to replace the brake lines on your trailer and a new actuator that is compatible with the higher pressure required by disc brakes. If you've got a 3" tall x 5" wide trailer tongue you'll want to use something like the Titan # T4839100 which is a great option for activating your disc brakes and comes equipped with an electric lockout feature to make backing up a breeze. If your trailer has a different sized tongue you'll need an adapter; for 3" x 3" channel tongues, use 2 of the Titan Adapter Spacer Kit( # T4842100, sold separately) and for 3" x 4" channel tongues, use 1 of the Titan Adapter Spacer Kit ( # T4842100, sold separately).
Lastly, if you don't already have brake mounting flanges with 4 bolt holes, you'll need to add those to your axle. I've linked our entire selection for you to have a look at, which can be sorted by the diameter of the axle you're putting them on.
All of the parts listed above would give you a complete disc brake conversion kit for your 2000-lbs trailer. I've also linked some helpful articles and videos that you may want to have a look at to get some more information and see how they work.
