Does the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning Have a Weight Capacity
Question:
How much weight can the fabric handle? And will it hold up to the weight of snow for winter camping?

I reached out to the manufacturer and they confirmed that the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000168105 does not have an actual capacity and that in all likelihood any significant snow is going to cause the topper to sag down onto the slide-out. This could potentially allow moisture to pool on top of the slide-out and allow moisture inside of the camper. These slide-out awnings are designed to stand up to the low temperatures and moisture, but leaving heavy snow on the fabric for long periods of time is definitely not advised.
With that being said, the occasional snow that you might experience over a weekend will likely not pile up enough to create cause for concern, but you should always be sure to clear it off once the snow stops to avoid any potential issues. If you're in a situation where you're getting more than a few inches (3-5"), it might be worth bringing the slide out in to clear your toppers off periodically (or bringing them in completely and leaving them in during periods of heavy snow).
It's really going to come down to using your best judgment as to when snow the snow is really wet and heavy or when the snow is a bit more dry and light weight as to how much it's going to be able to handle without being too much.
