Is There an 18K Trailair Air Ride Pin Box for the Lippert 1621HD on a Forest River Vengeance 295A18

Hello, I have a Forest River 295a18 toy hauler 9,000 lb empty weight 13,000 lb gvwr it has a LIPP1621 HD pin box rated at 18,000 lb gvwr I would like to upgrade to a Trail air pin box, and looking on your website it only gives a 21,000 lb pin box as a replacement. What is the difference between a 1621 and a 1621 HD and why dont they offer an 18,000 lb option? Thanks

The Lippert 1621 and Lippert 1621HD Pin Boxes are very similar and can be used in place of one another if you drill out the lower front hole on each side of the trailer wings which is very easy to do. The difference between the two has to do with the mounting holes and weigh ratings. Therefore, if you do the above you can use the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box part # LC328492 which is rated for 18,000 lbs or you can just use the Curt Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box part # LC158778 as it's never a bad idea for the pin box to be overrated.
