Will Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack Clear Shark Fin Antenna on 2017 Subaru Forester
Question:
I have the 2017 Subaru Forester with factory raised side rails. I am trying to purchase part # JA9133 to put on top of my Forester. I have the shark fin antenna which is at the back of the roof of the vehicle and was wondering if that will hamper my fitting/if I will need height spacers for this to fit my roof?

The Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack # RR77AB should be able to clear the shark fin antenna on your 2017 Subaru Forester with raised side rails, but it is a good idea to measure how tall your shark fin antenna is first.
The bottom of the platform rack will approximately be just under 3 inches from the top of your roof so if your shark fin antenna is less than 3 inches - and from my research it looks like it will be - then the platform rack will have the needed clearance.
