Trailer Hitch And Reducer For 2020 Volvo XC 40

Volvo XC 40 trailer hitch available in 1 1/4 inch size? Is there a 2 in to 1 1/4 inch size adapte?

The Stealth Hitches Rack Receiver # SH77FR is the currently (January 2020) the only fit guided hitch for the 2020 Volvo XC 40 and has a 2" receiver only. You do have the option to use a hitch reducer like the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HT02 however to get to the 1-1/4" receiver size you are looking for. The Brophy reducer is unlike similar adapters in that the sleeve design does not reduce the tongue weight capacity of the trailer hitch which is key depending on the application.

If you need a hitch pin and clip and you can use # PC3. Included are video resources for these solutions as well.

Is this the only hitch receiver that will fit a 2020 Volvo xc40? Wanted something more economical. It is for a one bicycle rack. thank you

We do also have the Draw-Tite # 76245 that's confirmed to fit your 2020 Volvo XC40 and will work perfectly. This definitely offers a more economic solution.
