does it come with a bracket so that i can mount it beside the existing 6 pole and just plug it in? Picture looks like it has four screwholes but what to mount it to?

You will need a mounting bracket, like # 18138, to mount the adapter # 47435. The bracket comes with the hardware to attach the adapter to it and to attach the bracket to the truck using self-tapping screws included with the bracket.
