Best Tire for 1963 Aristocrat Lo-Liner Camper

Question:

My husband looked at the tire/rim and says we need a 4 lug 13 inch rim with 3.25 lug pattern. Is this something you have?

We can get this figured out! What you are looking for I believe is the 4 on 4" bolt pattern which is extremely common on the smaller 13" rims. I've included a FAQ article to show how to measure the bolt spacing. It is something that commonly gets confusing I could be wrong here but please double check.

With that said your 1963 Aristocrat Lo-Liner Camper weighs in at about 1300 lbs. with out all your gear in there. Add another 500 lbs. of goodies and we get to about 1800 lbs. With that weight in mind Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range C part # AM3S120 is an excellent choice it has a weight capacity of 1,360 lbs per tire so a total of 2720 with the two would work out really well and give you plenty of room to spare weight wise. If you prefer a galvanized wheel part # AM3S130 is the exact same rim and tire with the galvanized finish.

If you only want the rim the Dexstar Solid Center Steel Wheel - 13" x 4-1/2" Rim - 4 on 4 - White Powder Coat part # AM20202 offers a very classic look that might match your vintage camper really well. As another option Aluminum Hi-Spec Series 04 Star Mag Trailer Wheel - 13" x 5" Rim - 4 on 4 part # AM20270 will give it a retro mod look. We of course also have the two rims I told you about with the tires above without them as part # AM20222DX for white or part # AM20224 for galvanized. I hope this helps you in finding the right tires and wheels for you. Happy Camping!
