Reasons Why Wheel Studs Would Shear Off
Question:
I have a 2010 Keystone Montana 3400RL. I have had two events where one of the four tires sheers the studs and the Wheel comes off within 200 miles of leaving. Some of it might be my issue as I checked the torque and tire pressure before leaving, but didnt retort after 50 miles. Could I have another issue with a bent axle or an alignment issue with the axles causing the issue?

The wheel studs shearing off normally is caused by over tightening the lugs or your wheels have elongated holes which allow the wheel to have excess movement while traveling. The 1/2" wheel studs need about 90-100 lbs of torque. The 5/8" studs need 100-110 lbs of torque.
If you take a look at your wheels and the holes are elongated you may consider getting new wheels. If you let me what size wheels and the bolt pattern I am happy to make additional recommendations.
