If just the right side running light circuit isn't working on your trailer when hooked up to your 2019 Silverado, the issue is most likely coming from somewhere on the trailer since it's isolated to just one side. The most common vehicle-side cause for trailer running lights issues is a blown fuse under the hood, but this would affect both sides.
I recommend checking the ground connections on the trailer, both the main harness ground and the individual ground connection of the light assembly in question. Make sure it's attached to a clean, bare metal surface that's free of any debris or corrosion. The light assembly might ground through its mounting hardware instead of with a dedicated wire, but the process remains the same. Make sure there isn't any paint or corrosion between its hardware and the trailer frame.
If the grounds are good you will just need to trace the running light circuit wire on the right side of the trailer up from the light assembly and look for any pinched, exposed, or otherwise damaged portions that need to be replaced.
If you are still having trouble resolving this issue please let me know and we can go from there
