Will Installing Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Item # RM-1209-131 on Sprinter Void Warranty

As long as the Roadmaster rear sway bar part # RM-1209-131 was installed properly it would not void the chassis warranty of your 2018 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Chassis because of the Magnuson Moss act. The Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act in short states that manufactures cannot void the entire warranty of a vehicle simply because they installed an aftermarket component. Basically they'd have to somehow prove that the sway bar caused whatever damage was in question.
