Weight of Trailer Hitches for 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX STi
Question:
Hello , I am interested in purchasing trailer hitch for my Subaru wrx Sti 2013 , I will be shipping the part overseas where the car is located, I would like to know the weight of your product so I can get an estimate on shipping costs. Hopefully the installation will not be difficult and a local garage can handle it. I need it to carry my bikes mostly. Thank you and appreciate any assistance your able to provide.

We carry two trailer hitches that fit your 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX STi; The EcoHitch # 306-X7279 and the Curt # C11317. The EcoHitch is a more difficult install but has a much better look that the Curt. A reputable shop shouldn't have an issue doing either one though. They likely handle much more complicated repairs than any trailer hitch.
The Curt is the heavier of the two, it weighs 36 pounds when packed up to ship. The EcoHitch is less at about 27 pounds for shipping.
