Turn Signals on 2007 Nissan Titan Not Working with Replacement 7-Way Trailer Connector # 30955

No turn signals when 7 way connected to factory Nissan 07 titan crew? White wire grounded to trailer.

The item you selected, 30955, does not have the relays included to activate the tow package on your vehicle - thus no turn signals. You need # N40975, the Factory Style 7-Way and 4-Way Flat. This item has the relays you need for the activation of the factory tow package. I also recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test your 7-way on the vehicle end for proper function. The yellow wire is the left turn signal, and the green is the right signal. These are also your brake lights. The white wire from the trailer connector, (ground), should be grounded to the frame of the trailer.
