What is Ideal Truck Bed Length When Towing Fifth Wheel Trailer with Reese Goosebox

Im looking to move into a 5th wheel RV. If by replacing the stander 5th wheel king pit box with the Reeses Goose Box Gooseneck hitch, will i have more latitude in selecting tow vehicle bed length?

If you go with a Reese Goose Box you'll really want to go with a long bed truck as there isn't an easy way to gain turning clearance using a Goose Box like you can do with a slider fifth wheel hitch. If the trailer happens to have a tapered nose for turning clearance you could get by with a short bed truck but this isn't the most common setup.
The part # RP85FR was designed to replace the Lippert 1621, 1621HD, and 0719 pin boxes and the # RP94716-61301 replaces the Lippert 0115, 1116 and 1716.
