HSSF fit 2007 GMC sierra 1500 crew cab?

Yes, the Brophy Camper Hold Down, # HSSF, will work on your 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab. This is a universal fit item and will support any size camper that is designed to fit your truck.
The hold downs will wrap around the bed rail and mount inside the bed. If you have a bed liner that blocks the inside edge of the side rail, then you may need to modify the bed liner to fit this hold down.
I have attached a photo showing how this hold down installs on a truck.
