The roof rack I recommend for a 2020 Audi Q7 with raised side rails is between Thule WingBar Edge Crossbar System part # TH55RE (Silver) or # TH79FE, part # TH29SC, and part # TH52RE.

This uses aero shaped crossbars for reduced wind noise/drag, custom fit kits that attach to fixed points on the roof so you don't have to mess with tacky door clips, and molded rubber pads to protect the vehicle's finish. If you want to add locks you can use the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders part # TH450400.
