The replacement mounting hardware for the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 36554 on your 2018 Buick Encore can be obtained with part # RHK. Once on the product page simply type the hitch model number (36554) inside the text box provided and select "Draw-Tite" from the manufacturer drop-down menu. We will then send out the full hardware kit for this particular hitch.
Keep in mind though that the hardware should be included if you purchased the hitch new. Sometimes the bag can be pretty well hidden inside the hitch receiver so first make sure that it's not tucked away out of view. If you still can't find it and you purchased the hitch from us please let me know.
