Is Curt Hitch # C12111 a Fit for 2017 Ford Escape and Good Choice for Towing Small Trailer
Question:
I have a single axel utiltiy trailer, size 6 x 10 footer. I pull 2 4-wheelers and a riding lawn mower with it. I use to have a 2009 Escape, with a class II hitch. Will this Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class II # C12111 work for me ? The 4-wheelers are not the largest style ones and the mower is a small 30 in Cub cadet model.

The Curt Class II hitch part # C12111 that fits your 2017 Ford Escape would be a really solid choice for your application. It has towing capacities of 3,500 lb trailer weight so it would easily handle the weight of your ATVs and lawn mower. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
For a ball mount you'd want the # C45518 with hitch ball part # C40018 for a 2 inch ball or part # C40001 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
Then for trailer wiring the # C56320 is an easy to install and reliable solution that I recommend as well.
