2019 Ram 1500 Factory Hitch on Bumper vs Hitch Receiver Mounted to Frame?

On the new body style 2019 ram, what purpose is there for a stock trailer hitch? And do you happen to a have picture of the bracket that comes welded to stock hitch to show what is actually use for?

I'm not sure I completely understand what you're referring to, so I apologize in advance for any misunderstanding, but are you referring to the ball mount hole on the bumper in front of the license plate?
If so, that is not meant for any heavy duty towing but can be used for very light duty- say a light motorcycle trailer or something of the sort (generally anything less than 1000-lbs). You can install a hitch ball and tow with that, as opposed to using a hitch receiver that would normally be mounted to the frame of the truck, but again- it's only for very light duty towing applications (check the owner's manual for the limitations). If you need a hitch ball for that application you can use the Tow Ready # 63845.
If you're looking to add an actual hitch receiver to your 2019 Ram 1500 I recommend using the Draw-Tite # 41913 which is a Class IV hitch designed to handle the towing of heavy loads. In order to install this hitch you will need to remove the crossmember support under the bumper (I believe that is the bracket you're talking about), but you'll then be able to maximize the towing capacity on your new Ram 1500.
If you need a ball mount for the receiver hitch you can use something like the Draw-Tite # 4285. From what I can tell, there should already be a 7 way connection from the factory on the rear of your Ram, but if there isn't please let me know and I can recommend the appropriate wiring for you that will allow you to operate your trailer's lights.
