Air Bag Helper Springs for a 2020 Ford F-350 4x4 Dually

I just got a 2020 Ford F-350 4wd dually and am looking at air bags for our car hauler. what is the best you recommend?

The air bag helper springs I recommend for a 2020 Ford F-350 4x4 Dually are the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F35FV. These Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs are actually designed specifically for models with dual rear wheels so there will be no issues here. Furthermore, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs will work with models that have a factory in-bed hitch or will be adding an aftermarket in-bed hitch which can actually be a pretty big issue for some air bag helper springs that most don't always realize until it's too late. I personally prefer Firestone as they use a crimp rolled bag design which is essentially stronger and less likely to experience blow-outs when compared to competitors that use the standard band clamp.
If you will be using the air bags frequently then you are going to want a compressor system so you can control the air bags from inside the vehicle at will. For this, I recommend the Air Command Compressor System part # F96VV which is a top of the line option that has a heavy duty compressor which helps with reliability and a wireless controller so you don't have to run any air lines or wires into the cab.
