Since you are transporting a fifth-wheel trailer, I assume you are looking for rear-axle air bags. We only carry Firestone-brand Ride Rite air bags that will work with 4-wheel drive models of 2021 Ford F-350 Super Duties with an in-bed hitch. That is the Firestone Rebel # F95FV. Apart from the 7,500-pound load-leveling weight capacity, the springs help prevent sagging while towing. They are also 100% made in the U.S.A. As far as compatibility, these air bags work with a fifth-wheel hitch installed. They are only compatible with dually models.

With that being said, if you happen to have a 2-wheel drive F-350, we do have some Air Lift air bags that will give you the exact same load-leveling capacity. Those are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88391. These air bags are also compatible with a fifth-wheel hitch and are 100% U.S.A.-made.

To allow you to control the inflation from inside the cab, you need the Firestone Air Command II - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy Duty Compressor # F2219. The great thing about the Air Command is that it is a dual-path system which allows you to inflate each of the air bags independently. If you looking for a wireless capability as well as the dual-path function, I recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Bluetooth # AL58WQ. You will be able to use both of these compressors with the Firestone Ride Rites and the Air Lift Loadlifters.

For a front airbag option for your 4-wheel drive 2021 F-350 to add extra air bag suspension for plowing, I recommend the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs - Front Axle # F4160. The Coil-Rites can inflate from a psi range from 5-35 and come with all hardware necessary for installation. However, it is important to note that you will not be able to independently inflate both the Coil-Rites from inside your cab without first purchasing another compressor like the ones listed in my previous response. However, if you are open to consider a front-axle suspension system that doesn't involve a compressor, I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Front Axle # SSF-111-40 (1,000 pound capacity) or the # SSF-111-54 (2,800 weight capacity). Since these systems only deal with jounce springs, you will have the firmness of the springs without having to install an additional compressor. I went ahead and attached review videos that walk you through these products.
