Can you securely strap on paddle boards on this?

We have a similar kayak carrier that can carry a paddleboard as it's center mast can fold down with the Thule Compass Kayak and SUP Carrier # TH890000 but there isn't a way to carry a paddleboard with the Rhino-Rack 2 Kayak Carrier you mentioned.
