If your 2020 Honda Pilot doesn't have anything required for towing then I recommend the following:
etrailer Trailer Hitch - # e98840
4-Way Trailer Wiring - # 118760 (Mounting Bracket # 18144)
OR
7-Way Wiring - # 118286 (Mounting Bracket # PK12711U)
Curt Towing Starter Kit - # C45534
I really like the etrailer trailer hitch. It gives a nice clean look. The Tekonsha wiring harnesses come with everything you need to activate the tow package plus they are regarded as having the best quality converter boxes.
The towing starter kit is more of a suggestion as you'll need to reference the linked ball mount article to determine if the 2-1/4" drop is correct for your towing application.
I took a look at the online owner's manual for your 2020 Pilot and it stated that any trailer weighing 1,000 lbs or more requires the use of a brake controller for safety purposes. If this is you then I highly recommend the Curt Echo # C51180 because it installs by simply plugging into the 7-Way connector and then pairing your Apple or Android smart device to it. When you aren't towing a trailer this easily stores inside your vehicle so that you are ready to tow while on the go.
Attached are some installation videos and some pictures for you to check out.
