Yes, the Thule Passage 3 Bike Rack, # TH911XT, will fit on your 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. When mounting the bike rack on your vehicle you will need to place the top clips at the top edge of the rear door and the lower clips at the bottom edge of your rear door. The lower arm of the carrier should be positioned on the top of the bumper.

One note about this bike rack is the rear wiper cannot be used when the carrier is mounted.

If you plan on carrying any womens or childrens bikes, then I would recommend using the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT, to carry the bikes safely while driving.
